At 8:45 am we will gather at Cathedral Church of the Redeemer (Church on NW corner of Olympic Plaza) where we will briefly share our concerns about potential cuts. We will then process to City Hall to make our concerns known to Council.
Everyone is encouraged to wear black and a green arm band will be provided to identify ourselves that we speak as one.
If you are unable to attend the gathering at the Cathedral you are welcome to meet us at City Hall at 9:00 am. We will finish at approximately 9:30 am and move into Council Chambers to participate in the public hearings on the budget for 2020. We encourage you to stay as long as you can throughout the day as the more people in attendance the stronger our message.
Though not necessary, an RSVP is appreciated for planning purposes and to keep you informed of any last minute changes.
Council will be listening on Monday, November 25th and we will be there. Would you like to join us?
